As well as leading an eCommerce brand, Arpita is introducing new processes and platforms that ensure the marketing and sales teams are compliant with GDPR. She is also creating a digital hub for all brands, to encourage internal collaboration and avoid siloed projects. Arpita believes that pharma’s biggest challenge will be to use new digital capabilities to address both clinical needs and business needs, and to solve big industry problems. She believes that complete strategies need to be built around AI, so that pharma companies can successfully bolt AI onto existing capabilities and make their future businesses and processes smarter.
